One of the things we liked about Pathway Events & Design was how they could plan events in different styles and trends. It’s the team’s diversity that got our attention.

In fact, they’ve earned recognition as one of the top wedding planners, not just by us but by TallyPress and The Wedding Vow Singapore — impressive, right?

As for their services, we like that they do weddings, corporate events, and parties. They also work on full-scale planning and production, which can prevent you from getting a headache for your party.

But one of the aspects our team was excited about is their aesthetically-pleasing party designs! Make sure your camera is ready because Pathway Events & Design’s setups are Instagram-worthy, from backdrops to table settings!

Another convenient thing we liked about them is they can handle customised gifts you can give to your guests. Their sister company, Poiesis, specialises in gift boxes, which are great for weddings!

We also adore their attention to detail, as the team’s creativity when using different colors and textures is worth noting, in our opinion. Frankly, their projects turned out really fancy.

On the downside, we’d like to see them offer service packages. Full-scale planning isn’t going to be cheap, so this can help people who want small-scale events.

And speaking of small-scale events, Pathway doesn’t seem to focus on them. Clients with small budgets might go look somewhere else.

Kids love magic! That’s why our team thinks this event planning service is great for birthday parties.

One of the things we love about this premier party planner in Malaysia is you don’t have to worry about entertainment. Wizard Entertainment already supplies its own people to entertain your guests.

You can hire magicians, illusionists, dancers, clowns, stilt walkers, mascots, performers, and celebrities – whew! That’s a lot of entertainment you can get for a party.

We also like that they have a caricaturist and even a face painting service. Plus, there are kiddie rides and game stalls!

Overall, we think the options offered by Wizard Entertainment will provide a ton of amusement for events.

Furthermore, we like that these services are convenient because you don’t have to worry about hiring (or paying) another company. They’re readily available, too, adding to its convenience.

Did we mention they have haunted houses for Halloween events? When we checked it out, some of our team members were slightly scared while the scaredy cats were very frightened (shh, don’t tell anyone!)

We just think it’s a bit of a downer that Wizard Entertainment doesn’t do conceptualisation and styling—so they’re not a one-stop-shop for events. They also don’t do table settings and flower decor for big-scale parties.

So, even though they accept bookings for weddings, Wizard Entertainment can only provide performers to entertain the guests. Those who want an all-around party planner will have to look elsewhere.

We think it’s commendable that the Eventistry team started a sustainable event planning service in Malaysia. Let’s not sugarcoat the amount of waste we generate; that’s why sustainability is important to keep in mind!

Despite being a new concept in the country, we highly appreciate the steps they’ve taken to help save the planet (while keeping within the aesthetics!).

Our team was also impressed when we checked their portfolio. We don’t necessarily think of luxury when hearing about sustainability.

But the team at Eventistry managed to keep their passion for luxury planning while using eco-friendly solutions. You can see it in their portfolio because every project looks elegant.

As for their services, we were impressed (again!) by the wedding packages. You can have a sustainable and luxurious wedding with only RM4800!

Moreover, we like how they consider people who want intimate events rather than only doing big ones. Sustainability is the main focus here, anyway.

Furthermore, they also work on corporate events (sustainably, of course!). For us, their flexibility when working on different types of events while maintaining their style is pretty neat.

What does Party Nutty have that made us include it on our list? Well, aside from the witty business name, we really like the team’s style and designs!

The main thing we noticed is the cute designs, perfect for birthday parties, bridal showers, and weddings. We like how the team can work in a fun style while maintaining simplicity – it’s not overwhelming!

A unique aspect of Party Nutty is the event space you can rent for your party. It’s pretty unique for party planners in Malaysia to have a space for rent, so this earns bonus points!

Other than that, they also offer supplies for rent – saves money, right? There are many props available for the theme you want, even artificial tree stumps and hedges!

In addition, you can opt for one of their party packages, which is convenient because you won’t have to worry about anything else. Just show up! With your guests, of course.

We recommend the Purffect Party High Tea package for those who like pastel pink. There are unicorn macarons for that added touch of cuteness!

But you can rent the DIY package if you’re on a tight budget – you can set it up at home!  We love how it’s complete with backdrops, dessert ware, logos, props and more.

A slight drawback for us, though, is that pick-ups for the DIY package are only on Thursdays and Fridays. So, you better have a big storage area to hide the party supplies.

We must also mention that they’re not equipped for large-scale events. Nonetheless, we think Party Nutty is a good option for an affordable and flexible small birthday party planner.
